Refund Policy

We hope you won't need to use this section.

 

However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, and you require a refund, please contact us within five days of receipt of your item, providing the following information:-

  1. Your full name and contact details

  2. Full details of the item for which you are requesting a refund

  3. The reason you are requesting a refund

  4. Confirm the defect with the item

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to discuss your request and make arrangements for the refund.

All items where a refund is requested must be returned to us in mint unused, never displayed, unframed (unless framed prior to purchase), and with the original packaging in tact.

​

Sorry, but we are unable to process refunds for unwanted items, unwanted gifts, items that you decide you don't like.

​

If there is a genuine problem with your purchased item, we will arrange a refund.

​

Refunds will be refunded to the payment method used for the initial purchase.
